5v5 Box Lacrosse All Winter
One league. One goal. Fifteen games on Sundays and fifteen practices on Thursdays, in a Durham Region arena, all winter long.

Born 2021–2023? U7 runs one session a week, games and practices together, and costs less than the full season.

What It Takes To Be A Greasy Baller
Player First
Fun, focus and teamwork come before the scoreboard. Confidence on and off the floor.
Equipment
Full box gear: a CSA-approved helmet with a cage, lacrosse gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, an athletic cup and a lacrosse stick. Goalies need goalie-specific equipment.
Expectations
Be coachable. Be a great teammate. Compete hard and respect the game.
Development
15 games and 15 practices. Real reps, real growth, and year-end awards.

Three ways into the season
The full season is games and practices together. If that is more than you need, take one half: Games Package is the Sunday games with a uniform, Development Package is the Thursday practices. Same coaches, same age groups, same rink. Both are for U9–U15; U7 has the single programme above.
